Getting Help Without Logging In
If you're unable to access your Databis Brand account, you can still submit a support request using our logged-out support form. This is perfect for situations where you can't log in but need immediate assistance.
How to Submit a Logged-Out Support Request
- Go to the Databis login page
- Click the "Can't Login" button located below the "Send Login Code" button
- Fill out the support form with the following information:
- Email: Enter the email address associated with your account
- Name: Provide your full name
- Subject: Brief description of your issue
- Support Reason: Select the most appropriate option from the dropdown
- Support Message: Provide detailed information about your issue or question
- Click "Send Request" to submit your support ticket
Support Reason Options
When filling out the form, you can select from these support reasons:
- Databis Platform: General platform issues or questions
- Email Not Registered: Your email address isn't recognized in our system
- Verification Code Not Received: You're not receiving login verification codes
- Other: Any other account-related issues
What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- When you last successfully accessed your account
- Any error messages you're seeing
- What you were trying to do when the problem occurred
What Happens Next
After submitting your logged-out support request:
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation that we received your request
- Review: Our support team will review your case and gather any necessary information
- Response: We'll email you directly with next steps or a solution
- Resolution: Follow the instructions provided to regain access to your account
